Speaking of long time no type...
Hi all, its been a while hasn't it?I thought that since I was given the chance to have a journal skin (actually, it turns out I missed the chance ) it was worth finding some time to write something!

Firstly, I have a question. I'm in the mood for fanart, so what should I do? Avatar? Korra? Teen Titans? Tangled? Doctor Who? Pokemon?
I want suggestions! And I especially want to hear what my lovely subscribers would like to see!

I assure you I've been activley dA-ing even if I haven't posted a new journal in almost a year...

Since I last wrote I've gotten back into Pokemon (original anime and games - they bring back such vivid childhood memories!), have gained a re-invigorated love of steampunk, have started to write a script for the first time the Teen Titans meet Teen Tiatns Aus and have decided that I can't wait for school to finish. I've also started doing more craft again - once I find time to take photos you'll be seeing my new mask at the very least.
At the moment I'm excited because Legend of Korra is on the way and Doctor Who and The Mentalist are back on soon!! Can't wait for that!!

In other news, I want to thank everyone for the amazing response to my lantern tutorial. I've said it before and I'll say it again; I love you guys! dA is wonderful!

Also, for anyone who knows about English Extension Two and the Aussie HSC, I've finished my major work! How exciting!
The bad news is thet my back has finally given up due to too much HSC, but the upside is that I've learned how to take tablets! Nurofen is my friend.

Ah, one more thing, I went to Supanova for the second time this year, it was awesome! I met some cool people and had lots of fun! Next time I'm dressing up. I'm not sure what to choose though... I'd love to go as Kaylee from Firefly but the overalls are too hard to make, I have the perfect costume for River (Firefly again) so that's a possibility. My brother wants to go as Red - the original boy Pokemon Trainer - which I'll be making the costume for, so I'm  tempted to go as Blue - his female counterpart. I'm also tempted to go as Starfire or Rapunzel. Ack, all the possibilities!

Lastly I felt this amazing mini Harry Potter / Pokemon crossover needed posting somewhere. All credit goes to the amazing Captain Nancy

Voldemort has chosen his lv 30 Snape.
Snape's intimidate lowered Harry's defense stats.
Snape used glare. Harry's defense and attack stats are severely lowered.
Harry used lumos. But nothing happened.
Snape used betrayl and self-destruct. It's super effective!
Snape fainted.
Voldemort is out of death-eaters. Voldemort whited out.
Harry gained 300 exp! Harry leveled up to lv 8!
Dumbledore recieved 3000 Galleons for winning.
Sent some to mom.
