Deviation Actions
Hi! So, it was Aug 11, 2011 last time I put a journal entry up. And though I was very very sorely tempted to wait till Aug 11 this year to write another, I decided I wouldn't let it be 3 years, so 2 and 3/4 will have to do.
So what has happened in the last 2.75 years?
The short and sweet of it is that I'm now in my third year of university which has become better and better each year. Aside from my degree, I became involved mainly in the Musical Theatre and Doctor Who societies at university, resulting in me directing, tech-ing and helping out with a lot of musicals, and building a full sized 2005-series Dalek.
Obviously I can't recount all that has happened, but I'll just add some memories, completely out of order;
I was in a musical and it was totally awesome.
I met Tim Minchin which was freaking amazing.
I started watching a bunch more TV shows including the ever wonderful Miss Fisher's Murder Mysteries and the usually watchable Supernatural.
I went to America for a holiday and among other things went to Burcon. It was pretty great and I'll be going again this year which is super super exciting!
The major work I was freaking out about last journal entry was published with 17 others in the state's HSC writing showcase which I still have trouble believing quite often. (Although now all I see is all the things in it I want to rewrite!)
I did GISHWHES and it was one of the most brilliant things I've ever been involved in.
I'm in the process of making an Elsa cosplay for Sydney Supanova this year, and if all goes well I'll be making my friend an Anna cosplay to match!
The Mentalist might be finishing this season and that is an extremely devastating thing.
I've been sketching as much as ever, but just haven't posting much... apart from what I have
I asked for some proper art markers for my birthday this year and now have a set of Touch Markers that I adore and which have made me start drawing more and more, so who knows, you might be seeing and hearing more from me...
Anyways; all my love to everyone, hello to the followers who have never seen an entry from me and hi to the ones who have been hanging around long enough to see them all.

Speaking of long time no type...
Hi all, its been a while hasn't it?I thought that since I was given the chance to have a journal skin (actually, it turns out I missed the chance :( ) it was worth finding some time to write something!
Firstly, I have a question. I'm in the mood for fanart, so what should I do? Avatar? Korra? Teen Titans? Tangled? Doctor Who? Pokemon?

Hey all, long time no type....
If you read the title you can probably guess the direction in which this - hopefully short - journal is going:
I'm doing the HSC this/next year so don't expect many deviations from me; not that I was terribly prolific or had great presence before. On the other hand I may use drawing as my relaxation time and you may see more deviations popping up the ever. :O
I've made 'Almost There' from Disney's 'The Princess and the Frog' my theme tune for the year so hopefully it will inspire me to work hard.
